形態特徵

• Stems erect, ca. 40 cm tall, flexuous.
• Leaves chartaceous, ca. 4, remotely arranged, long petiolate, cordate-reniform, apex obtuse, base auriculate, margins mucronulate, upper surface green, lower surface pale, densely cobwebby.
• Heads numerous, racemosely or paniculately arranged, peduncle 1–4 mm long. Involucre tubular, 8–12 mm long, not calyculate; bracts 5, narrowly oblong, obtuse, glabrous, 1–2 mm broad. Corolla 8–10 mm long, lobes 1.5 mm long.
• Achenes 5 mm long, glabrous. Pappus ca. 7 mm long.
• <i>Parasenecio hwangshanica</i> was first recorded from Taiwan by Koyama (1969, as <i>Cacalia hwangshanica</i>). It is similar to <i>P. monantha</i>, but can be distinguished by the 5 involucral bracts (vs. 2 or 3 ) and 5–7 (vs. 1 or 2) florets in each head.

分布

• 台灣 : locally in the northern mountains, 2,400–3,600 m.
• 世界 : Eastern China.
